“The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room smelled musty. The overall appearance looks poor quality and outdated. There was furniture stacked up at the landing of a stairway, and laundry bags left at the landing of the main stairway. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“Adequate facility. Elevator floor noted to be quite soiled for the duration of our stay. Excellent coffee! Friendly desk staff. Love the shower, NO carpet(yea) and raised toilets.”

“Kitchenette with no cups, plate, silverware. One hanger for clothes. Only one nightstand with no power at the wall outlet. No ice on the property. No coffee maker.”

“ I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at. Keep up the great work! I would definitely return.”

“The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! ”

“The property was in very nice condition. However my only complaint is the quality of the mattress and linens. Very subpar for 2026. The sheets are very thin and the mattress was a spring mattress that had body indentations on it. Did not sleep well at all. If they would improve that I would stay more often, otherwise I’ll only use it in an emergency.”

“The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”
